Once your application fee has been submitted, you’ll be contacted to arrange a brief interview with the Membership Committee, who will then request that the Board of Directors approve your entry into the club.

• I will hold Spearhead Leather Denim Social Club (Toronto) Inc., as a Corporation and its Officers and Members blameless for any loss of property or property damage, or for any injuries that I may incur by reason of my participation in any official Spearhead Leather Denim Social Club (Toronto) Inc. function.
• I am willing to extend my hand in promotion of siblinghood, fellowship, and courtesy to all Spearhead members.
• I understand that my membership shall be reviewed annually and that subject to my conduct, my Spearhead membership may be revoked. I further understand that all Spearhead shoulder patches remain property of Spearhead and must be returned to Spearhead if and when my membership is discontinued for whatever reason.
