Spearhead’s 56th Anniversary Dinner will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at the Churchmouse Pub, 475 Church Street, beginning at 6PM.

Please order your tickets in advance using this form. To ensure we capture everyone’s meal preferences properly, you’ll have to submit the form once for each ticket you are buying.

Please order your tickets before March 12 so that we can provide Churchmouse with an accurate headcount and food order.
