General Meeting:

The Minutes from the Nov 9, 2024 AGM are attached to this message.

Also please note that a Special Members Meeting has been scheduled for:

Saturday March 8, 2025, 1pm, 117 Gerrard Street East, Party Room
(Southwest corner of Gerrard St and Jarvis St)
This special meeting will discuss our proposed Governing Documents.
The new Bylaws were sent to the Membership in a previous email.

Please see the attached Official Statement regarding the results of the
Brotherhood and Charity Of Choice Nominations.

Just a reminder that with the recent passing of long time Member Joseph
Poirier who was our ElectedMember for Membership and the resignation of
Aharon from the Secretary
position, the Board is seeking Members who are interested in filling
these roles.
Please contact the Board if you are interested in either of these
positions.

Hello Everyone,

After many months, here are the new proposed Governing Documents. Please
have a look at it carefully and if you have any questions about any
section please make a note of it and we will discuss it a Special
General Members Meeting.
The Special General Members Meeting will be scheduled shortly.  If you
require a hard copy please reach out to me.
The vote to accept the new documents will happen shortly after we finish
the meeting and after any amendments that need to be made as a result of
the discussion. The vote will take place electronically. It will be a
“yes” or “no” or “abstain” vote.
